This paper mainly expounds the advantages of the heat treatment using forge heat and the application effect of treating the large diameter axle.In the addition of raising the comprehensive mechanical function,it may decrease the cost of producing and quality,save energy and reduce the work-day certain times.The new high-quality heat treatment technology is provided for the large diameter axle.
