梅花品种资源叶绿体基因组SSR研究 被引量:4

cpSSR analysis of Prunus mume cultivar resources

摘要 该研究利用筛选出的一对来自烟草的叶绿体DNA(cpDNA)SSR引物(NTCP9)扩增48份梅花材料的基因组DNA,进行叶绿体DNASSR标记试验。以这48个梅花品种的cpSSR指纹数据为基础,采用NTSYSpc2·11软件计算Nei’s(1972)遗传距离系数、简单匹配系数(SM)、Jaccard匹配系数和Dice匹配系数,并分别进行聚类、排序分析。从新的角度分析讨论基于cpDNA分化揭示的梅花品种间的系统演化关系。 Forty-eight cpDNA fingerprints of Prunus mume cultivars were built up with the primer NTCP9 from tobacco cpDNA by using the cpSSR technique. Based on cpSSR fingerprints data of 48 accessions of P. mume cultivars, the complexity of relationship and origination of P. mume cultivars were analyzed by using NTSYSpc2.11 to cluster and arrangement analysis of Nei’s (1972) genetic distance, SM coefficient, Jaccard coefficient and Dice coefficient.
