摘要
介绍一种基于CAN总线的废钢料篮车控制系统,该系统采用Rexroth产RC6-9系列PLC为控制模块,PLC、显示控制器、电磁阀等设备间通过CAN总线进行通信。本系统采用了支持CAN总线的电磁比例阀,该阀组直接挂接在总线上。对系统硬件组成、控制流程及人机交互界面的设计给予详细描述。
A control system based on CAN-bus of scrap basket car is proposed.Communications via CAN-bus within the system is carried out among PLC,display,and PVED-CC which is electric hydraulic actuator for the Sauer-Danfoss company PVG valves system.The control flow of the system and design of the human-machine interface are discussed.
