Development of Rotary Reversing Valve Group in Regenerative Heating-Furnace

描述了蓄热式加热炉用换向阀组的工作原理,针对目前同类产品存在的问题,开发出旋转式换向阀组。该阀组结构简单,换向准确可靠,已在济钢得到广泛应用,大大减少了高炉煤气的放散,降低了加热炉燃料消耗成本。

The operating principle of reversing valve group used in regenerative heating-furnace is described in this paper.Rotary reversing valve group is developed against questions in like products at the present time.This valve group,stucture simple,reversing accurate and reliable,obtains widespread application and reduces greatly exhalation of blast furnace gas and cost reduction of fuel consumption of heating-furnace.
