Application and Reform of High-Pressure Water Descaling Device on Heavy H Shape Steel Line

莱钢大型H型钢生产线高压水除鳞设备自投入生产以来,三种类型集水管配对三种钢坯规格的设计思想,由于设计缺陷而不能得到实现,集水管接头漏水严重,且锈蚀严重,除鳞效果较差,不能满足产品质量要求。对箱内上下三个集水管的排列方式进行改造后,实现了钢坯规格与集水管的匹配,解决了漏水问题,达到了理想的除鳞效果,提高了产品外观质量。

Since H heavy shape steel plant of LaiGang was put into prodution,three type spray pipes have not been used with corresponding three type beam blank because of design default.On the other hand,spray pipes arrangement pattern badly leak and rust.Descaling effect is not very good so product quality can′t satisfy need.After spray pipes′arrange mode and arrangement pattern be changed,all faults above have been improved.Benefits have been achieved.
