摘要
采用中空纤维连续微滤膜分离系统,作为离子交换树脂法处理电镀废水的预处理措施,以改善原水水质。该系统在现场进行了连续3个多月的试运行,效果良好,原水水质得到明显的改善,离子交换树脂的再生周期显著延长。该系统占用空间小,自动化程度高,运行稳定。实践证明,作为预处理手段将连续微滤膜水处理系统用于电镀废水的处理中,有望为连续微滤膜处理技术开辟一个崭新的应用领域。
The continuous membrane filtration(shorted as CMF) separate system was adopted as pretreatment procedure in electroplating wastewater disposal by ion exchange process in order to improve the quality of raw water.This CMF system had run above 3 months.As a result,the quality of raw water has been improved and the rinsing cycle of the ion exchange has been prolonged obviously.It indicates that it is feasible for the CMF system as pretreatment procedure in electroplating wastewater disposal.Therefore,a new application of CMF will be exploited in water treatment field.
