摘要
为了能够实现对串联盘输送机的运行状态进行有效监测,采用虚拟仪器和下位机相结合的方法,利用LPC2210片内集成的8通道10位A/D转换器,实现对串联盘输送机速度、位移、加速度信号的数据采集,LabVIEW作为上位机开发平台,两者间过RS-232标准实现通讯,同时利用LabVIEW对控制信号采集并对采集到的信号进行处理。以实现对串联盘输送机的在线监测。研究突破了传统的机器状态监测方法,是一种更有效的监测途径。
In order to effectively monitor the running status of continuous disk conveyor,using the method of combining virtual machine with down-machine,this paper introduces a data acquisition system for the velocity, displacement,acceleration of the continuous disk conveyors based on LabVIEW and LPC2210,which has eight integrated A/D converters.The data communication between LabVIEW and LPC2210 is executed via serial port. Through LabVIEW programming,the process of signal acquisition can be controlled.LabVIEW-based signal processing is also given,which is executed as the on-line monitoring for continuous disk conveyors.The research has broken the traditional monitoring way of machine status,which is a kind of more effective monitoring way.
