煤炭企业供应商选择方法

Method to choose coal enterprise suppliers

为了解决煤炭企业对供应商选择时往往依靠经验,不能进行科学选择的问题,采用理论分析的方法,将模糊技术同经典的综合评判理论相结合,分析了煤炭企业供应商选择的各影响因素的权重及它们之间的关系、并举例论证。研究表明,将模糊集合论的观点引入煤炭企业供应商选择问题,有利于定性指标的定量化。研究结论初步形成了有效的量化方法,有助于煤炭企业对供应商的合理选择。

In order to solve the problem that coal enterprises always choose the supplier in terms of experience and cannot choose the supplier scientifically,it adopts theoretical analysis method and fuzzy technology with the classic synthesis judgment theory.It analyses the weight and relation of the influence factors.It gives an example which can demonstrate the problem.The study indicates that it is propitious to quantify qualitative index if we introduce the fuzzy set theory into choosing the problem of coal enterprise suppliers.The findings engender the quantized method primarily and is propitious for the coal enterprises to choose the supplier reasonably.
