摘要
目的观察大鼠注射内毒素后凝血指标变化。方法给予 Wister 大鼠腹腔注射不同剂量(2.5 mg/kg 与10 mg/kg)的内毒素(LPS),观察大鼠的一般状况改变,包括大鼠活动情况、皮毛状况、呼吸、精神状态、唇色,24 h 的死亡率。注射 LPS 后24 h 眶后取血测定凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化的部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)。
