伊曲康唑治疗重症监护病房真菌性败血症10例临床分析
摘要
重症监护病房(ICU)患者病情危重,营养状况和免疫力差,加之长时间使用广谱抗生素、皮质类固醇激素,接受各种侵入性诊疗措施等,极容易并发真菌感染。ICU 患者深部真菌感染的发生率正逐渐增加。尤其是念珠菌感染发病率已成为住院患者血培养中分离到的第4种最常见的致病菌,其中有25%～50%发生在 ICU。
