通过对保定供电公司95598电力客户服务系统运行数据的分析与研究,根据业务量和外界条件变化,归纳出客户拨打95598客服电话的规律和特点,并提出具体建议,为进一步提高服务质量,树立电网企业形象奠定基础。
After analysis and research on 95598 electric customer service operation data in Baoding Electric Power Company,on the basis of portfolio and environment changes,the rules and characteristics which customers call 95598 customer service phone are concluded,and idiographic suggests are put forwards to establish foundation for raising service quality and or laying foundation for building up electric network image.
