光电检测技术在模糊控制洗衣机中的应用

The application of the photoelectricity testing technology in the fuzzy control washing machine

摘要 介绍了应用光电检测相关技术对模糊控制洗衣机的被洗衣物质料、衣物重量、脏污程度、脏污性质和洗涤剂量的快速准确检测方法及工作原理,通过相应的光电传感器实时检测出被洗衣物相关参数,以此作为模糊逻辑推理依据,来决定电动机的转速、洗涤水位和洗涤时间,经过实践验证它在节电、节水和洗净率等方面取得了良好的效果。 The real-time and precise testing methods and testing work principles are mostly presented about the metals and the weight and the smudgy extent and the smudgy character and the washing dosage of the washed clothing in the fuzzy control washing machine based on the photoelectricity testing technology.The correlative parameters of the washed clothing are fleetly tested through the correlative photoelectricity sensors,and then the fuzzy logic reasoning is based on the tested parameters.The rotate speed of the electromotor and the washing water lever and the washing time are determined through the tested parameters.It obtains the good effects through the experimental verification on the aspects such as saving electricity,saving water and the rate of the lotion etc.
