摘要
基于对角占优矩阵的概念,给出了一组关于一般对角占优矩阵为非奇H-矩阵的充分条件和充要条件,推广和改进了已有的两个结果并给出了数值例子加以说明.
A new simple criterion for diagonally dominant matrices being nonsingular H-matrices is obtained. The two well-known results in this field are generalized and further.improved.Finally,some numerical examples are given for illustrating advantage of results obtained.
