摘要
借助钻头几何学、运动学和已建立的岩石与牙齿互作用力学模型,在一定假设的基础上建立了牙齿运动和受力模型,牙轮扭矩、角速度和角加速度的仿真模型。根据牙轮运动和受力互为因果这一特殊关系,以及力和运动的平衡来描述钻头和牙轮的工作状态,并将牙轮的转动过程离散,通过对瞬时传动比的研究推导出钻头的平均传动比。研究钻头的传动比,不仅可以完善以往的传动比仿真模型,还奠定了岩石与牙齿互作用力学模型仿真软件的基础,更为评价牙轮钻头的工作性能提供了一种新的手段。
Based on simplified assumptions a simulation model of the motion and forces of the inserts,the torque of a roller,the angular speed and angular acceleration is set up by using the geometry and kinematics of roller bit and the established rock-bit interaction model.According to the causality and the balance between the motion and the forces of the roller,the working conditions of the roller and the roller bit can be described,and the rolling process of the roller has also be dispersed,then the average transmission ratio can be obtained by knowing the instantaneous transmission ratio.This research can not only improve the simulation model of the roller bit transmission ratio,but lay the foundation of compiling the software of the roller bit interaction mechanics simulation model,besides,which provides a new method of evaluating the performance of the roller bit.
