摘要
原油在管道内输送过程中消耗了大量的能量,因此有必要对输油管道运行方案进行优化研究,降低管道系统输油能耗,优化输油设备运行组合方式,以实现原油管道长期高效、安全运行。在分析原油长输管道的运行特性以及泵站特性的基础上,以原油管输的总运行费用最小为目标函数并考虑了各种水力约束条件,建立了原油长输管道的运行优化模型。并在分析和研究模拟退火算法的基础上,采用模拟退火算法求解了原油长输管道的运行优化模型。实例计算结果表明,由模拟退火算法得到的该原油管道的最优方案优于由动态规划算法得到的最优运行方案,模拟退火算法比动态规划算法更具有全局性,优化后的最佳运行方案可以用于指导该原油管道的实际运行。
Amount of energy was consumed in the course of crude oil transportation,so,it is necessary to research the optimal operation of oil pipeline,decrease oil transportation energy consumption of pipeline system,optimize associating ways of oil transportation facilities operation and realize long term,high effective and safe run of crude oil pipeline.On the basis of analyzing characteristics of oil pipeline and pump station,oil pipeline operation optimization model is established.On the foundation of analyzing and researching simulated annealing algorithm,it is adopted to solve optimization model of oil pipeline operation.The result of example show that,the scheme created by simulated annealing algorithm is better than the scheme created by dynamic programming algorithm,and simulated annealing algorithm is of more global character,and optimal operation scheme can be used to guide oil pipeline real production operation.
