Optimization is the important principle of investment decision-making.According to the characteristic of domestic fields production rate projects and investment projects optimization cluster,the optimization models of project cluster for different decision requirement is built and the scientific evidence and method for investment decision is offered.This method is applied to projects cluster optimization of fields exploration and development,and to other multi-project decision too.
