摘要
近年来,油藏经营管理已成为油田开发研究的热点和国际石油界最流行用语之一,油藏经营管理模式也成为国外油公司高效开发油气田的基本模式。介绍了油藏经营管理的概念及国内外发展历程,阐述了油藏经营管理的组织机构、技术实现及其系统工作流程,指出油藏经营管理是国际石油界围绕降低成本、提高经济效益而综合应用各种先进技术和管理手段所形成的方法论,并针对国内油藏经营管理与国外的差距提出了下步的工作建议。
reservoir management has become oil field research focus and one of the most popular terms in international petroleum industry,and the mode of reservoir management has also been the basic one of overseas companies in highly effective development of oil and gas fields.The concept and process of reservoir management in the article are introduced.The reservoir management organization structure,technology fulfillment and procession are formulized in the article.The result is given that reservoir management is the methodology to decrease cost,increase economic effect by using advanced technologies and management measures.Some advices on reservoir management and difference between home and abroad are given.
