摘要
通过模块化方法,分别对某压电陶瓷驱动的新型大行程、高精度微驱动器驱动部分、传动部分进行物理、数学建模,得到系统的传递函数,并通过matlab软件进行仿真计算,得出系统的开环伯德图,进行稳定性分析,为微驱动系统闭环控制研究提供理论基础。
The physical and mathematical model of the drive part and transmission part are built respectively by the method of modularization, and the transfer function of the system is attained, the open loop Bode diagram of the system is obtained by Matlab, and stability analysis is carried out, which can provide theoretical basis to closed-loop control of the system.
