废旧可充电池重金属回收的新工艺 被引量:1

New Technology of Recovering Valuable Metals from Waste Rechargeable Batteries

摘要 混合电池经消电后粉碎至不大于5mm的粉末在600℃下灼烧1h;得到的粉末用碳酸铵水溶液浸取,过滤使Ni、Cd、Co与Fe分离;用催化氧化方法,将含氨滤液中形成的Co(OH)3沉淀析出;用含LIX 64N的煤油作萃取剂从上述滤液中分离出Ni,再通过逐出溶液中的NH3,得到CdCO3沉淀。每吨废电池得到的产品如下:1488.9kg NiSO4.6H2O,47.1 kg CdCO3,236.6 kg CoCl2.6H2O。回收处理1 t电池的费用为22470元,但每吨有4.4万元的利润。 All batteries were discharged from electricity,reduced the size to ≤5mm and burned them for 1 hour at 600℃.The obtained inorganic powder was leached by(NH3)2CO3 solution,and then,Co,Ni and Cd were separated from Fe by filtration.Co(OH)3 was precipitated out from the NH3-containing filtration by catalytic oxidation,Ni was separated out from Cd by extraction of LIX 64N in kerosene and CdCO3 was settled out by driving NH3 away from the solution.1488.9 kg of NiSO4·6H2O,47.1 kg of CdCO3 and 236.6 kg of CoCl2·6H2O could be obtained from 1 ton of mixed rechargeable batteries.The cost for this recovery was about 22.47 thousands yuan/ton and the profit was about 44 thousands yuan/ton.
