鼻内窥镜下射频消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效观察 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察射频消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床效果。方法采用鼻内窥镜下低温等离子射频消融系统对200例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者施行下鼻甲射频消融术,术后随访6个月。术前和术后进行鼻塞症状的视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)和鼻内镜检查,观察鼻腔通气程度的改善及下鼻甲黏膜的恢复情况。结果术后1周,191例患者自觉鼻塞症状获得改善。随访6个月,患者术后鼻内镜检查评分为(1.08±0.23),明显低于术前的(2.77±0.65)(P<0.01)。术后6个月鼻塞VAS评分:左侧为(37.0±8.3)%,右侧为(40.3±11.0)%,均明显低于术前[左侧为(68.3±8.0)%,右侧为(72.1±9.5)%](P<0.01)。结论低温等离子射频消融是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的有效方法,安全可靠,术后恢复快,对鼻腔正常生理功能损伤小,是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的有效方法。
