投射与经验识解

Projection and Experience-Construing

本文以投射系统为基础,以Halliday&Matthissen(1999)的功能认知理论为框架,探讨投射现象识解人类经验的机制。投射以不同方式分别在言辞链、言辞和成分这三个层次上起着识解经验的作用。在言辞链层,投射识解了两个言辞之间的种种关系以及不同投射关系所识解的不同的经验内容。在言辞层,投射识解两种象征过程(感知过程和言语过程)以及二者在识解内容、象征者、对象和指向性方面的区别。在成分层,投射识解由抽象概念充当的四种投射型事物以及作为投射型特征所修饰的事物所表示的不同经验现象。

This paper, on the basis of the projection system, probes into the mechanism of experience-construing of projection phenomenon in Halliday & Matthissen's(1999) functional-cognitive frame. The analysis found that projection construes experience in different ways on the levels of sequence, figure and element respectively. On the sequence level, it construes the various relationships between two figures and the different experience content that is resulted from different projection relationships; on the figure level, projection construes two symbolic processes (sensing and saying) and their differences in construing content, symbolizer, object and directionality; on the element level, projection construes four kinds of projection-type things which are acted by semiotic abstractions and the various experience phenomena represented by things which are modified by projection-type qualities.
