“抓两头”“重表里”:学生党建工作略述

学生党建工作与思想政治工作应注重"抓两头"、"重表里"。以入学教育为切入点,将学生的思想教育与专业教育、学生的切身利益与远大理想教育有机结合;把抓学生平日的思想汇报作为党建工作的一个最重要环节;把预备党员的宣誓仪式作为党员发展工作中不可或缺的内容;发挥党员的先锋模范作用和党员群体的影响力,凝聚毕业班的人心,圆满结束大学四年生活。

The main point of this essay is that Party construction and political education for student Party members should focus on two points.The university entrance education is the basis to put the political education and major study together,and to teach the students how to combine their interests with a bright future career.Regular reports of their political thoughts should be an important process in Party construction.The oath ceremony for Party member-to-be is a key part of Party member development.The student Party members should set good examples and play positive roles in the whole graduating class so that all of the students in the class could finish their college life with satisfying scores in all aspects.
