摘要
从管理创新的角度出发,对目前图书馆的管理和面临的新形势进行了分析与思考。在网络环境下,图书馆管理创新是持续发展的必然选择,创新管理是图书馆不断完善的有效保障。
In the environment of network,the innovation of management in the library is an inevitable choice of the sustainable development.This paper points out the innovation of management is the effective safeguard and analyses the new situation of the management in the libraries.
