摘要
本文分析了我国目前药品安全责任体系的内涵及各方的法律地位,探讨了GMP制度和药品召回制度下当地政府、药监部门与企业的安全责任内容,提出了完善药品安全责任体系的建议。
In this paper,the meaning of present drug safety responsibility system in China and each aspect's legal stares was analyzed.Then,the safety responsibility of local governments,drug supervisory authorities and pharmaceutical companies under GMP system and drug recall system were analyzed;Furthermore,some proposals for improving the present drug safety responsibility system were advanced.
