摘要
在考虑碰撞并忽略空间色散的情况下(k=0),证明了由亚历山大给出的分布函数微扰与金兹堡给出的结果一致.从金兹堡表述出发导出了弱电离等离子体的电导率张量和介电系数张量.结果表明,忽略空间色散时,弱电离等离子体可以被认为是各项同性的有耗电介质.
It is proved that the perturbed distribution function gotten by Alexandrov is agree with the one gotten by Ginzburg in the case which the collisions are take into account and the space dispersion are neglected. The conductivity tensor and dielectric tensor which based on Ginzburg description are educed. The result shows that the weakly ionized plasma is isotropic dissipation dielectric.
