The Hyperthermia therapy of tumor have own an advantage than other ways, and especially on brain tumor play an important role in future .In this article, the Monte-Carl o method is used to simulate the influence of the temperature on Boron neutron capture therapy, and analysis the feasibility of both Hyperthermia therapy and Boron neutron capture therapy cure the tumor in the same time.
