以快制胜正成为服装企业占据主导地位的关键词。有识之士认为:21世纪的竞争不是企业和企业之间的竞争,而是供应链与供应链之间的竞争。结合企业发展实际,积极稳健地进行供应链建设,成为国内服装企业做大、做强,做快的必修课。5月中下旬,由中国制衣杂志社与上海Lawson软件公司、IBM中国有限公司在杭州和广州联合举办的"建立市扬快速反应机制——服装业供应链的建设和应用"论坛,为业界人士介绍了国际服装业领先企业的供应链管理实践,剖析企业在供应链管理应用中的难题和误区,并带来了国内优秀企业在供应链建设与应用中的生动案例。
'Speed'has become key word in clothing enterprises'operation.A competi- tion between enterprises'supply chain will decide the clothing market.In order to get stronger,the clothing enterprises need to think about how to construct effi- cient supply chain according to their real situation. In late May,China Apparel Magazine,Lawson Software,Inc.(NASDAQ:LWSN) and IBM China,jointly announced the opening of the forum'Building Fast Reac- tion Mechanism-The Construction and Application of Clothing Enterprises Sup- ply Chain'.This forum introduced successful management experiences of lead- ing clothing enterprises,and analyzed the difficulties and misunderstanding in the application of supply chain management by presenting real cases as examples.
