信息化建设不是一蹴而就的,面对服装企业信息化建设的种种难题,需要高层的决心、业务部门的关心和IT部门的信心,共同排除障碍,从而借助信息化真正实现管理的升级。
The main operation platform of informationization in clothing enter- prises are the combination of an ERP system which is based on a inner supply chain,and a distribution system concentrating on terminal management.Any market activities will need the support of a solid inner system.ERP system will standardized the inner management of the enterprises,and realize transparency management in supply chain and the intergradations of fiscal management.Based on the risk controlling ERP system,terminal POS system will bring information from the termi- nal users to the decision-making board. There is also a movement from the outer market to the enterprise's inner part.In order to minimize the stock,and to improve the reaction speed to order,the enterprise need to collecting information from all stores and terminal sales. To build the two systems is a massive work for any clothing enterprises,and needs a period as long as one to two years.The enter- prises will have to work out a detailed planning before starting the IT project,because the whole IT system is so complex that it may concerns intergradations of different parts.
