摘要
为提高Ⅰ-107树造林成活率,以一年生Ⅰ-107杨扦插苗为试验材料,研究了春季造林前经晾晒处理的苗木水分含量、根系活力、苗木水势的变化规律,分析了苗木水分含量与根系活力的关系,探讨了晾晒处理天数、苗木水分含量对造林成活率的影响。结果表明:Ⅰ-107杨树苗木根、茎含水量都随着晾晒时间延长而降低,降低幅度根部>茎部。苗木造林成活率、根系活力、水势随晾晒天数的增加呈下降趋势。
Based on Populus × euramericana cv. " Ⅰ-107" cutting propagational materials. The rule of water content, root vigor and water potential in spring forestation were studied. The relation between water content and root vigor and effect of days drying in the air and water content on reforestation survival rate were analysed. The results showed that root and stem water content of Populus× euramericana cv. " Ⅰ-107" cutting seedlings decreased with the drying time, root with the larger decrease, and the stem followed. Survival rate, root vigor and water potential gradually decreased with the days of drying in the air.
