园林工程设计阶段的造价控制诌议

Study on the Cost Control of Landscape Engineering at Its Design Stage

园林工程设计阶段的造价控制是整个园林工程建设项目造价控制的重要环节之一。根据目前园林工程项目在设计阶段造价控制管理上存在的诸多问题,如设计主体缺乏主动性、设计队伍不够健全、调查工作不够到位、取费方式不够合理等,本文提出了一些针对性的措施和方法,主要从方案的招投标、论证与公示、项目经理负责制、限额设计等方面进行考虑,以供同行借鉴与参考。

The cost control of landscape engineering at the design stage is essential to the cost control of landscape engineering con- struction project.Today,the cost control at the design stage often meets several problems,such as the designer's absence of activity, the incomplete design teams,the neglected investigation and the unreasonable paying.This article put forward some corresponding mea- sures for considering which were focused on tendering and bidding,verification and publication,the system of project manager assum- ing responsibility and limitation cost of design.
