路政管理系统在农村公路中的应用

路政管理系统(HAMS)正处于发展和应用阶段。文章介绍了农村公路发展情况,张家口市交通局地方道路管理处辖区内的路政管理,HAMS系统概况,系统结构,HAMS在公路路产管理、执法业务、人员装备管理、统计分析、社会化服务等方面的多方位的功能,以及所产生的巨大的社会经济效益。

Highway Administration Management System(HAMS) is in developing and applied stage.This paper introduce development of the Rural area highway,the road administration in Zhangjiakou local highway management in Department of Transportation's jurisdiction,introduction and structure of the high- way Property Management,business in enforcement,management of human resources,management of equipment,statistical analysis and social services and HAMS's social-economic benefits in particular.Finally, the paper puts forward several improving proposals about expanding the scope of data in HAMS.
