构建科学合理的农民工收入分配体系的探索

On the Construction of the Scientific and Reasonable Income Distribution System for Off-farm Workers

本文从收入分配的相关理论入手,借鉴国外解决外来务工人员收入分配方面的成功经验,提出了建立基本保障性收入、激励性收入、效益性收入三个层次的农民工收入分配体系,构建了数学模型,并论述如何从政府、企业、农民工三方共同努力保证三个层次收入分配的实现。

Based on the income distribution theories and references on the successful income distribution experience of migrant workers abroad, this paper puts forward the income distribution system for off-farm workers from three aspects, namely, the basic income security, incentive income and effective income, and constructs a mathematical model. Besides, this paper discusses how to ensure the realization of income distribution with the joint efforts of the government, enterprises and off-farm workers.
