摘要 为了解种子引发对酶活性、发芽率的影响以及酶活性与种子活力之间的关系,选用PEG(聚乙二醇)作为引发剂,设渗透势和引发时间两个因子,分别设3个水平,共9个处理,对"意大利全年耐抽薹生菜"莴苣种子进行引发试验,并测定了种子引发后SOD、POD两种酶活性。结果表明:引发处理极显著提高了莴苣种子的发芽率、发芽势、POD和SOD活性,缩短了发芽时间。综合各项指标认为,处理A1B1(-13.00MP渗透势,引发7d)的发芽率、发芽势高,发芽时间最短,种子POD、SOD活性最高。 This study selects initiator PEG to carry out initiative test on lettuce seeds of the " Italian year-resistant bolting lettuce", determine the activity of POD and SOD after seed priming, in order to find out the influence of seed initiation on enzyme activity and germination percentage, and relation between enzyme activity and seed vigor. In this'experiment, design two factors of osmotic potential and initiative time, and three levels, a total of nine treatments. The result shows, all treatment combination on lettuce seed can improve the germination percentage, germination tendency, activity of POD and SOD, shorted germination time. Integrated indicators, a treatment of (- 13. 00MP osmotic potential, triggering 7d) germination tendency and germination percentage is high, germination time is shortest, seeds POD, and SOD activity was highest.
