高校体育教师评价标准的理论研究

The Theory Study on The Standard Appraisal of the P.E. Teacher in The University

通过对教师评价的理论探讨,提出了教师评价的标准。标准具有“体现当代管理理念,重视教师个性发展,定量评价与定性评价结合”的特色,希望能为高校体育教学改革提供参考。

Through the theory study on the teacher appraisal,this paper brought forward the standard for the teacher appraisal.The standard had three characteristics such as 'embodying the individuality managing idea in the present age,thinking highly of the teachers' personalities development and combining the quantitative assessment with the qualitative evaluation 'so as to provide a reference for the reform of PE teaching in campus.
