裁判是CBA联赛产品的一个重要组成部分,时刻影响着这个大众娱乐产品的质量。联赛职业化改革逐渐加快步伐,而裁判制度仍沿用"双重管理"的旧模式。本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法对CBA联赛裁判的作用、管理等方面进行调查分析,认为CBA联赛中裁判员时联赛质量、整个市场发展、球队技战术水平提高以及运动队临场水平发挥起着不可忽视的作用。导致裁判员的培养选拔、业务培训、相关科研工作、比赛接待等方面的缺陷与漏洞根本的原因是裁判管理体制跟不上职业联赛发展的步伐。为保证CBA联赛健康有序发展,有效提高工作效益,改变对裁判员"双重管理"的局面,有必要实行裁判职业化。

In order to ensure the CBA league healthy and orderly development and improve the effectiveness of the work and to change the referees'Double'management situation,it is necessary to implement the referee professionalism.
