通过文献资料法,分析了我国高校田径教学的现状,根据"健康第一"的指导思想,提出构建高校体育教学新体系的方案,并对教学目标、教学内容、教学组织、教学方法、教学评价等几方面进行了有针对性地研究。

Through literature method, this Paper analyzing the Status of track and field teaching in colleges & universities, on the basis of'health first'guiding ideology, this paper brings forward scheme of setting up new P.E teaching system in colleges&universities, and researches the teaching organization,teaching methods,teaching evaluation, teaching objectives and so on.
