摘要
大量的举重训练实践表明,青少年举重运动员中腰背部受伤的比例很大。腰背部损伤严重的影响了青少年运动员的系统训练甚至健康成长,这常常是训练中困扰教练员、运动员的难题之一。本文根据举重训练的经验和阅读相关文献资料,对运动员腰背部的受伤的原因及防治作简要分析探讨,以期不断提高青少年举重训练的水平。
The weightlifting training practice shows that lum bodorsa injury is common in juvenile weightlifters. lumbodorsa injury affects juvenile weightlifters systematic training severely, and it is also a difficult problem for coaches、athletes in training. According to weightlifting training experience and reading related literatures, this paper analyzes injury causes of athletes lumbodorsa and lumbodorsa injury prevention, so as to improve training level of juvenile weightlifting.
