摘要
隐性教育是隐性课程的应用体系,是对隐性课程领域的扩展和意义的提升,而隐性课程则是隐性教育研究的逻辑起点。教师的教育观念是一个信念系统,对教师在教育工作中的态度、情感和行为的影响支配作用极其明显。作为一个教育工作者,保持一种对自己认识的兴趣和自我觉察的敏感性,是有效地发现自己、解读自己,进而调整自己、提升自己,使自己的教育观念与时俱进,教育行为同步优化的重要条件。
