摘要
随着经济全球化的发展,企业面对的将是国内外企业越来越激烈的竞争和挑战。知识型员工是企业中重要而特殊的群体,他们有着独特的心理需求及职业特征。对于知识型员工的激励要从其特点出发,设计系统科学的激励机制,采取合理有效的激励策略。
With the development of global economy,enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition and challenges.The group of knowledge-type employees is important and special to an enterprise.They have unique psychological needs and occupational features.To motivate them,the systematic and scientific motivation mechanism and rational and valid motivation strategies should be designed according to their character.
