摘要 基于黄海南部海水实际的环境条件,对排海尾水中主要污染物总氮(TN)在不同温度、TN质量初始浓度、pH和Cl^-质量浓度下于海水中的降解进行正交组合实验研究,应用统计学原理进行实验数据的整理分析,定量化地进行TN降解的动力学过程研究;建立不同条件下的动力学模型,应用最小二乘法原理进行参数的回归分析;运用相关分析法、统计学假设检验进行模型的显著性验证,以正交实验结果为基础,进行TN降解的单因素分析以及多因素影响的主因素分析。结果表明,TN降解规律符合一级反应动力学过程;温度和TN质量初始浓度是影响TN降解速率的最重要因素,在研究TN降解问题中应给予较大的关注。 Based on the actual environment condition of the water quality in the south Yellow sea, the hiodegradation problem of total nitrogen (TN) in the seawater was researched under laboratory conditions. The TN biodegradation was measured at different temperature, initial pollutant concentration, pH, and concentration of the chloridion. According to the first order research kinetics, the kinetic models were established under different conditions. The regression analysis to the parameters was made with the least-squares principle, the model's significance with correlation analysis technique and statistic hypothesis testing were tested; The orthogonal experiment data is based on the most factors of TN degradation. The results showed that TN degradation follows the first-order kinetic relationship, and temperature and initial concentration of pollutants were the main factors. The affects of temperature and initial concentration of pollutants were serious on the biodegradation problem of TN. We should pay attention tO those affects when introducing the biodegradation problem of total nitrogen TN.
