Thoughts on the Policy for the Sustainable Development of Private Higher Education Institutions

民办高等教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,但是在办学过程中遭遇种种难题。本文从办学经费来源、税制、招生、立法四方面,探讨民办高校可持续发展的对策,尤其注重在政策制订上去推动民办高校持续、健康发展。

Private higher education is a key part of China’s higher education. In the course of school-running,it has encountered various kinds of difficulties. From the source of school-running outlay,taxation,recruitment and legislation,this article explores the countermeasures for private higher education institutions’ sustainable development,in particular,the issue of advancing private higher education institutions’ sustainable and healthy development by policy-making.
