椎管内肿瘤23例显微手术治疗

目的研究椎管肿瘤有效的诊断与显微外科治疗方法。方法回顾分析2002年4月至2006年5月收治的23例椎管肿瘤患者的诊治方法及预后。结果所有病例均经手术治疗,肿瘤完全切除17例(73.9%),次全切除5例(21.7%),1例(4.3%)行肿瘤大部分切除加椎管减压术。该组治愈20例(86.9%)。神经系统症状明显好转2例(8.7%),无明显改善1例,无术中死亡。结论椎管肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗是影响其预后的重要环节,影像学检查和显微外科手术则是其关键的诊治手段。

Objective To study the effective methods of diagnosis and microsurgical treatment for tu- mors in spinal canal.Methods The diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of 23 patients with spinal tumor admit- ted to our department were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the patients in this group underwent opera- tive treatment total removal of tumor was achieved in 17 cases(73.9%),subtotal removal of tumor in 5 cases (21.7 %),and removal a large portion of tumor with decompression in lcases(4.3 %).Postoperatively,20 pa- tients(86.9 %)were cured.The neurological symptoms were apparently improved in patients 2(8.7 %),and unchanged in 1 patients(4.3 %).No operative death Occurred.Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment of spinal tumor are important measures to improve prognosis.Imaging and mierosurgery play a key role in the di- agnosis and treatment of spinal tumors
