摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌组织中端粒酶反转录酶(hTERT)及凋亡相关蛋白p53、bcl-2的表达与乳腺癌可能的发生机制间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法对48例乳腺癌及配对癌旁组织、42例乳腺良性病变组织中hTERT、p53、bcl-2蛋白的表达进行检测。结果48例乳腺癌hTERT、p53、bcl-2的表达率分别为87.50%、56.25%、54.17%,与癌旁组织及乳腺良性疾病组相比,阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);hTERT阳性组p53、bcl-2的表达率分别为64.28%、61.90%,与阴性组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论端粒酶激活在乳腺癌发生过程中起重要作用,而p53基因突变及凋亡抑制基因bcl-2表达的下调在乳腺癌发生中起协同作用。
Objective To analyze the expression of telomerase and apoptosis related protein,and ex- plore the possible mechanism of breast cancer development.Methods Immunohistochemistry method(SP)was used to detect the expression of hTERT,p53 and bcl-2 in the tissues of 48 cases of human breast cancer and 42 cases of benign lesion in breast.Results The positive rates of expression of hTERT,p53 and bcl-2 in breast cancer were 87.50%,56.25%,54.17%,respectively;Compared with the groups of adjacent non- cancerous and benign lesions,there was a significant difference in three types of tissue(P<0.05);The positive rates of expression of p53 and bcl-2 in the group with positive expression of hTERT were 57.14% and 52.38%,respectively,and their difference was significant compared with the negative group(P<0.05).Con- clusion There are correlation between the activation of telomerase and p53 gene mutation in the develop- ment of breast cancer,and they are perhaps related to the down-regulation of bcl-2.
