民办高校督导制度的建立与完善

The Establishment and Improvement of Supervision and Guiding System for Private HEIs

民办高校督导制度是在民办高等教育发展的特定阶段和特殊背景下,政府为加强民办高校规范管理而推出的一项新型的教育管理制度。实践表明,该制度在设计上和运行中仍存在一些问题和矛盾。本文在调查研究的基础上,对相关问题进行了思考和分析,并就如何改进和完善民办高校督导制度,结合实际,提出了四大方面的对策和建议。

The supervision and guiding system for private higher educational institutions is launched by the local government to strengthen a standard management of private higher educational institutions under the special phase of private higher education. As the practical proof shows,there are some problems and contradic-tions existing in the designing and operation of this system. Based on research,this article carries out thinking and analysis to the relevant problems. It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on four aspects in order to improve the supervision and guiding system for private higher education institutions.
