A Research on the Practice-oriented Teaching in Real Estate Economics Curriculum

经济类专业开展实践性教学是培养学生应用能力的主要途径。本文结合房地产经济课程教学改革的实践,对房地产经济实践性教学的教学理念、教学计划、教师队伍、教学方式、教学环境和教学考核标准的确立和建设进行了初步探索。

The practice-oriented teaching in economics-related majors is one of the main approaches to fostering students’ practical ability.Drawing on the experiences in the curriculum reform of real estate course,the writer carries out an introductory exploration into real estate economics practice-oriented teaching’s concept,teaching planning,staff team,teaching modes,teaching environment and the establishment and construction of teaching assessment criteria.
