基于行为导向的情境教学法在管理学教学中的运用

The Use of Behavior-Oriented Situational Teaching Method in Management Science Education

教学情境的选择,是教学组织的前提和起点,它不仅会影响教学的规模和速度,而且会影响教学的质量和效率。应用型人才培养必须高度关注学生就业和职业生涯发展所需的关键能力和职业素质。本文针对新经济时代对应用型人才的需求,提出管理学教学应建立在行为导向教学理念的基础上,充分运用多媒体、网络乃至虚拟现实技术实施情境教学法。

The selection of teaching situations is the premise and starting point of teaching arrangement.It can affect not only the teaching scale and speed,but also teaching quality and efficiency.The cultivation of applied personnel demands attention to the students’ key competence and occupational quality.Focusing on the demand for applied personnel in the era of new economy,this article suggests that the teaching of management science be established on behavior-oriented teaching concept.Multimedia,network and even virtual reality technology should be fully used to implement situational teaching method.
