摘要 The European Union (EU) welcomes two new members in 2007.Notably, Bulgaria and Romania have had the longest diplomatic relationswith the People’s Republic of China in the enlarged EU, being the secondand third countries, respectively, to have recognized the People’s Republicafter its founding in 1949.
