摘要
为了从本质上揭示提高罚点球可靠性的原理与方法,文章从人体控制学角度对罚点球进行了分析。研究认为:罚点球遵循闭环控制原理和开环控制原理,而开环控制又优于闭环控制。射门区域的选择、运动紧张源的控制和罚球运动程序的编制则是提高罚点球可靠性的主要方法。
For the purpose of recognizing the principles and methods that affects the stability of the penalty kicks, the penalty kicks is analyzed from a point of the control theory in this paper. The results are that the penalty kicks steer the open loop and closed loop control theory, and the open loop is better than the closed loop. The main methods improving the stability of the penalty kick are selecting the area of the shot, the control of the stress and the organization of the motor patterns.
