摘要
This thesis was a research report of an investigation on a ten-week study of Metacognitive training for learner autonomy.The training consisted of five steps:awareness raising,goal setting and planning,monitoring learning process,evaluating learning and reinforcing.The result of the study showed that explicit metacognitive strategy training had a significant positive effect.As expected,the experimental group outperformed the comparison group in the learning outcome,and their ability of goal setting,planning,evaluating had been raised.Conclusion was that Metacognitive training should be integrated in college English classroom teaching.
本论文是运用元认知对学生进行自主学习能力培训的一项实证研究。该培训试图对阻碍大学生自主学习的因素、元认知培训与自主学习的相关度、元认知培训对学习效果的影响进行研究。该培训包含五个步骤:元认知意识建立、目标的设立、计划的建立、学习过程的监控、学习结果的评估与强化。实验班的学生在学习效果上明显高于对照组的学生,他们的设立目标、制定计划和自我评估的能力有所增强。该研究认为元认知培训应该融入大学英语的教学中。
