论21世纪体育教师角色的转换

The Change of P.E.Teachers' Roles in the 21st Century

通过文献查阅,专家访谈法等定性分析方法,从21世纪体育教育的发展趋势中总结出21世纪体育教师的角色必须及时做出转变。包括四个方面:由主导者变为平等的合作者、引导者;由传授者变为学生全面发展的促进者;由"技术型"、"知识型"变为"复合型"人才;突出体育教师的社会性和人格魅力。

Through the methods such as literature research and interviews on experts,this paper concluses that the P.E.teachers must change their roles promptly in the 21st century.There are four respects: from playing a leading role to cooperating and guiding students equally,from teaching to promoting students to develop in an all-round way,from technical-based,knowledge-based to sythetic-based, and to stress on the social effects and attraction of personality.
